• “Night Hike” at Ash Cave 8:00 p.m.
  with Pat Quackenbush, HHSP Naturalist
  This special night hike is open to the public. Meet at main
  parking lot of Ash Cave for departure. (No pets during night hike.)

• “Wildflowers & Waterfalls Hike” at
  Old Man’s Cave 10:00 a.m.
  Join Pat Quackenbush, HHSP Naturalist
  Discover wildflowers, waterfalls, and other natural wonders.
  This hike is open to the public. Meet at the Visitors Center
  at Old Man’s Cave.

• COMPETITION ENDS 1:00 p.m.

• DEADLINE TO RETURN COMPETITION FILM
  TO THE REGISTRATION AREA 2:00 p.m.

• “Cameras & Critters” 2:30-3:30 p.m.
  Join this interactive birds of prey program with naturalists: Pat Quackenbush, Shannon George, and Jamie Kidwell. Pro photographers will be available to offer tips for photographing a Red-tailed Hawk, Great Horned Owl, and other “critters.”
  This activity is open to the public. Meet at Naturalist’s Cabin
  at Old Man’s Cave.

• “Intro to Digital Photography” 5:30-7:00 p.m.
  A “mini-workshop” with Steve Barger-open to the public

Sunday, April 18, 2004

• SUBMIT COMPETITION ENTRIES 7:30-10:00 a.m.
  The processed slides will be available for pick up in the Registration Area for photographers to edit and submit no more than a total of six for entry. All entries must be made during this period and turned in no later than 10:00 a.m. Light tables for slide viewing will be downstairs for photographers to use. Please limit viewing time to 15-minute intervals; return to light table if needed.
